MARIBOR OPEN 2017

1,2 and 3 December we danced Maribor Open, which is a big international competition in Slovenia. There were about 700 couples starting from 33 countries.

We represented Switzerland very sucessfully with the following places:

– WDSF Youth Open Standard 10/39 couples

– WDSF World Open Standard 29/72 couples

– WDSF Youth Open Latin 14/38 couples

– Under 21 Standard 4/17 couples

– Rising Stars Standard 4/31 couples

Our biggest succes was that we won the Amateur A Standard competition. We danced in total 18 rounds, 3 times in the final, which was a great honor.

 

 

Our great results in Standard make us feel ready for the World Championships Standard in Riga 16th December.
